Boasting a state of the art in-house fibre laser machine that can cut any shape to your specifications, Metalmen have the ability to cut aluminium, mild steel, brass, and stainless steel with the cleanest of cuts. Our HSG Laser Cutting Machine has the capability of cutting up to 12mm mild steel, 8mm stainless steel and 8mm Aluminium clean cut from a maximum bed size of 3000 x 1500.
Sheet Metal Folding
Our 2 Megobal Press Brake Folders are both computer numeric controlled which allows us to program multiple backstops and folded angles to minimise setup and production times. We have endeavoured to provide our customers with the closest possible tolerances when folding their material. We can fold any sort of material from mild steel to stainless steel to aluminium up to 110T.
Welding & Fabricating
Metalmen are able to weld a range of materials from mild steel to aluminium and stainless steel using both MIG and TIG welding applications. We also possess a 18KVa spot-welder. Our fabricating section can weld, grind and polish products to a professional finish ready for powder coating and other finishes of your choice.
